John P. Feeney Funeral Home will host a wine tasting event on Saturday, July 9 from 5-8PM. Tickets are $50 per person and 100% of all monies paid go directly to St. Francis Home and Berks Opera Company. All ticket sales are paid directly to each organization ensuring your full donation amount is given to your selected organization.
Guests can tour the historic 114-year-old Feeney Mansion and our nine beautiful garden areas while enjoying many fine and some special vintage wines from Michael Feeney’s collection. Casual Dress. Hors d’oeuvres. Live performances inside the mansion by singers from Victor’s Cafe. The After All Band will play your favorites from the 50s to the 90s outside in our garden area (weather permitting). About the Performers

A versatile and charismatic performer, soprano Yanellie Pabón Garcia studied Musical Theatre at Rider University's Westminster College of the Arts and Vocal Performance at Rutgers University's Mason Gross School of the Arts. Equally comfortable in musical theatre, jazz, and opera, she has starred in "Rent" (Mimi), "Bye-Bye Birdie" (Rosie), Hairspray (Tracy Turnblad), and the off-Broadway production "A tale of Two Cities" (Madame Defarge). Yanellie is currently preparing the roles of Zerlina (Don Giovanni), Mimi (La Boheme), and the Contessa (Nozze di Figaro) under the instruction of Christine Bass.

Kaitlyn Tierney received her Bachelor's degree from the New England Conservatory of Music in Vocal Performance and Music Theory and has recently finished her Master's degree at the University of Delaware, where she studied with Noël Archambeault. Kaitlyn has performed in her hometown of Philadelphia with companies such as Opera Philadelphia, the Opera Project, Delaware Valley Opera Company and the Savoy Opera Company. She has also recently placed first in the Opera Libera 2016 Vocal Competition. In the fall, Kaitlyn will be premiering the role of the Hostess in Kirk O'Riordan's The Masque of Edgar Allen Poe.
