The traditional Nativity scene that wasn't put up with other city holiday decorations this year because of vandalism has been refurbished and was reinstalled on Thursday. And thanks to a good Samaritan, the four figures stolen from within the scene have been replaced with 11 larger ones. Kathy Kuhns, secretary of Pro-Life Berks, which donated the scene to the city 10 years ago, is relieved, and thanked the good Samaritan: former county Commissioner and Coroner Michael F.
